- The promoter of this prize draw is John Roach Funeral Directors. John Roach Funeral Directors is a trading name of Funeral Partners Limited.
- The winner will will be selected on Thursday 18th December 2025 at 12 noon. All entries received after Wednesday 17th December 2025 at 10am will not be accepted.
- The winner will receive a voucher to the value of £100 for De Buddha Nepalese Restaurant. The prize draw can be entered by following the John Roach Funeral Directors Facebook page, liking and sharing the competition Facebook post and tagging who you would like to take to the restaurant.
- The winners of the competition will be contacted by announcement on the John Roach Funeral Directors Facebook page, asking to private message with their phone number on Thursday 18th December 2025.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over only excluding those who may have a professional association with Funeral Partners Group which includes, but may not be limited to, colleagues, families/friends of colleagues, third party agents or anyone else connected with Funeral Partners in a professional capacity.
- Where the prize consists of a voucher to be used at a specified merchant or service provider, additional charges may apply in order to receive the products and services available. John Roach Funeral Directors, nor Funeral Partners Group will be liable for any additional costs incurred, nor for the standard or the products and services or any failure to deliver the required services by the merchant or service provider. Participants are advised to check terms and conditions with the merchant or service provider before use.
- Incomplete and incorrect entries may not be accepted and no responsibility for any entries in this regard can be held against the promoter of the prize draw.
- The winners must provide a telephone number and/or email address, by entering you are confirming that you consent to be contacted for the purpose of this prize draw only. The contact information provided will not be used for marketing purposes; the data will be deleted in accordance with Funeral Partners Group retention policy.
- With consent we may post an image of the prize being received, or the winner’s names on our social media pages.

- If the winner does not respond within 30 days of being notified of a win, then the winner’s prize may be forfeited, and another participant may become eligible for the prize.
- Collection of the prize will be at a pre-arranged time at John Roach Funeral Directors. Proof of ID may be requested, and proof of age, in the form of a driving license, passport or other government approved ID may be required for anyone who appears to be under the age of 25.
- Funeral Partners reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
- Funeral Partners reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The prize draw will be governed by UK law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
